Passives are purely for health regeneration.

How to fight with this build?

1. Run/Jump into enemies and cast Ground Stomp to pull them back to you
2. Use Battle Rage to increase to damage
3. Use Rend or Whirlwind (spend 70% of your Fury on Whirlwind)
4. Recharge your Fury with Cleave
5. Keep using Whirlwind or Rend (once every 3 seconds)
6. Remember to keep using Revenge once it is activated and Battle Rage once every 30 seconds

When you see Boss or elite mobs you may change your build to more single target oriented. Use Frenzy with Rapture Instead of Cleave. Also you have Threating Shout if you cannot stay alive.

With this build I am sure that you can pretty much kick ass easily through Nightmare. It is really not that difficult mode so storm through it. CLICK HERE for THE BEST Diablo 3 Barbarian Guide
